Nissha Wins Two-Month Extension on Its Half-Year Report Deadline

Nissha's semiannual report for the six months to June 2026, originally due August 14, now must be filed by October 23 after regulatory approval, and its second-quarter earnings summary is tied to that same later deadline.

Nissha Co., Ltd. (7915, TSE Prime) has secured approval to delay one of its core disclosures. The company said on August 14 that regulators approved its request, filed under Article 18-2 of Japan's disclosure ordinance, to extend the submission deadline for its 108th-period semiannual report.

The report in question covers the six months from January 1 to June 30, 2026. It was originally due August 14, 2026. The new deadline is October 23, 2026, a gap of more than two months.

Nissha said it will finish preparing the report and have it reviewed by its accounting auditor before filing by the extended date. The company also confirmed it will publish its second-quarter, or interim, earnings summary by the same October 23 deadline, though the notice does not commit to a specific release date within that window, and it does not state that the earnings summary itself was previously due on a different date.

The upshot for anyone tracking Nissha's numbers: the formal half-year filing and the accompanying earnings summary are now both tied to the same late-October checkpoint, pushing back the window for updated financial visibility from the company by roughly ten weeks compared with the original half-year filing date.
