freee K.K., the Tokyo-listed maker of cloud accounting and payroll software, closed the year to June 2026 with platform annual recurring revenue of ¥43.5bn or more, up 21.8% from a year earlier, across 690,000-plus paying customers including 270,000-plus corporate accounts. Its 12-month average monthly revenue churn rate, measured as ARR lost to cancellations divided by the prior month's ARR, was 1.0% overall and 0.5% for corporate customers.
Revenue for the year reached ¥42.4bn or more, up 27.6%, and adjusted operating profit came to ¥2.7bn, a margin of 6.3%.

For the year to June 2027, freee is guiding for revenue of ¥52.2bn, up 23.0%, while forecasting adjusted operating profit to more than double to ¥5.8bn and lifting its margin to 11.0%. Management has reaffirmed a commitment to reach a "Rule of 40" score, the combined growth-plus-profitability measure SaaS investors use, by the year to June 2028.
freee also told investors its estimate of the addressable market for its products has grown from roughly ¥1.2tn before its stock listing to about ¥3.7tn now, a figure the company built from national tax agency and statistics bureau data rather than an independent market study. It set interim targets of raising corporate-segment product penetration to about 30% in the medium term and 50% or more over the long run.
