Chuo Warehouse to buy 70% of Takara's logistics arm for ¥5.985bn
Chuo Warehouse will pay about ¥6.115bn including costs for 70% of Takara Logistics System, with Takara Holdings booking an expected gain of about ¥3.625bn in consolidated results for the year to March 2028 if the deal closes in April 2027 after a competition review.
