Blackstone Vehicle Offers ¥2,200 a Share to Take Project Holdings Private
A Blackstone-affiliated TechnoPro vehicle, TX1 Kabushiki Kaisha, wants to take Project Holdings private at ¥2,200 a share, a price it raised twice after the target's independent committee rejected two lower offers, and investors holding almost 60% of the stock have already agreed to sell.
