Nippon Seiki Buys Denso's Head-Up Display Equipment and IP Across Five Countries
Denso is exiting head-up-display manufacturing in Japan, China, Spain, the US and Mexico, handing its production equipment and related intellectual property to Nippon Seiki in an undisclosed cash deal capped at 1% of the buyer's net assets, with closing targeted for February 2027.
