Ebara's AI-Driven Chip Equipment Orders Jump 89% to a Record First Half
Orders for Ebara's chipmaking equipment jumped 89.3% in the six months to June, pushing the group's total order intake to a record ¥636.3bn, but operating profit rose just 1.2% as a swing to a loss in the energy business offset most of the gain.
