Nippon Chutetsukan sets January 2027 start for pipe-making venture with Kubota
Nippon Chutetsukan will move its straight ductile iron pipe production into a new company and sell 19.9% to Kubota, with the January 4, 2027 start conditional on a December 17 shareholder vote.
