JFTC Tells Hose Maker Nichirin to Pay Subcontractors for Unwanted Mold Storage
Japan's antitrust watchdog found Nichirin left 25 subcontractors storing 1,048 molds and jigs for up to 22 months without orders or compensation, and has ordered the automotive-hose maker to settle any remaining balance beyond the ¥9.79mn it already paid.
