Oasis Raises Kobayashi Pharmaceutical Stake to 14.4%, Reserves Right to Push for Board Ouster
Oasis Management now holds 14.41 percent of Kobayashi Pharmaceutical and has told regulators it may propose dismissing the representative director, changing the board, delisting the company, or clearing the way for an outside buyer to take majority control within 12 months, none of which has been agreed or announced.
