HENNGE plans up to ¥2.36bn from new shares ahead of Prime move
New shares would raise HENNGE up to ¥2.36bn net, counting the over-allotment-linked allotment, while its president and two other holders sell 1.38mn shares for themselves ahead of an approved move to Prime.
