NTT DATA agrees to buy into Minkabu, with a board nominee and consent rights
NTT DATA has signed to buy 2,392,900 Minkabu shares at ¥900 each, taking its holding to 16.38%, with the right to nominate one director and consent rights over dilutive issues and rival tie-ups; settlement is scheduled for December 15.
