True Data buys a hardware-store software maker to get at tradesmen's purchasing data
True Data will acquire the Osaka maker of the MUSASI hardware-store system, partly funded by a ¥200mn MUFG Bank loan, on the company's view that trade purchases can foreshadow household demand; its two disclosures give different price figures.
