Photosynth to pay ¥560mn for gym chain it wants as a lab for unmanned stores
Photosynth plans to buy GOODLIFE and GDS for ¥560mn, all bank-funded, then merge them on 1 December 2026, using their owned stores to test staff-light operation. The hoped-for savings are goals, not results.
