The catch: booking a ¥36,237 thousand impairment on slow-moving communications equipment widened the year-ended March 2026 net loss to ¥151,553 thousand from ¥115,316 thousand and cut net assets to ¥502,808 thousand. Because the charge was brought forward from later periods, the next year's profit guide improved even with sales guidance unchanged at ¥1,900 million.
