Visional's revenue grew 24% in the year to July 2026, but a wage-tax credit expiry and a new defense corporate tax mean next year's profit guidance is essentially flat, even as HRMOS's client count nearly quintupled and the Thinkings acquisition pushed group goodwill from ¥3.7bn to ¥12bn.
Revenue rose 24.3% to ¥73.2 billion and operating profit 12.2% to ¥19.6 billion through April, with BizReach still doing most of the work at ¥59.7 billion of revenue and a 42.7% margin. HRMOS grew faster, with revenue up 77.7% to ¥6.65 billion, but its profit contribution remained thin. Management left the year-ending-July outlook unchanged because it still plans heavier investment into the final quarter.
Visional lifted nine-month revenue 24.3% to ¥73.157 billion and operating profit 12.2% to ¥19.612 billion, enough to keep its full-year outlook unchanged. BizReach remained the profit engine, with nine-month sales of ¥59.714 billion and a 42.7% pre-corporate-allocation operating margin. HRMOS grew faster, with sales up 77.7% to ¥6.653 billion, helped by the inclusion of Thinkings' sonar ATS business, though management says the acquisition effect on progress against the full-year sales plan is minor.
