Wealth Management, Inc. (TSE Standard: 3772) said on September 1, 2026 that the real estate security token offering (STO) backed by the Six Senses Kyoto hotel, in Kyoto's Higashiyama ward, has completed, along with the transfer of the trust beneficiary interest in the underlying property. A real estate STO packages a property's trust beneficiary rights into blockchain-recorded tokens, letting the resulting securities trade in smaller units to a wider pool of investors than a conventional fund placement. Wealth Realty Management, the company's wholly owned subsidiary registered for investment management and investment advisory business, ran the offering with Nomura Securities and SMBC Trust Bank. It is the group's third such offering, first disclosed on August 3, 2026.
Wealth Management put numbers on how much the deal will move its books. Consolidated revenue booked from the transaction is expected to equal at least 10% of the prior fiscal year's consolidated sales, while ordinary profit and net profit attributable to parent shareholders are each expected to reach 30% or more of the average recorded over the preceding five fiscal years. The company said the effect is already folded into the guidance for the year to March 2027 that it published in May 2026, so this notice confirms a previously flagged earnings driver has closed rather than adding a fresh forecast.
The disclosure Tokyo Brief reviewed does not name the fund that previously held the hotel's trust beneficiary interest or the vehicle now acquiring it, leaving those counterparty identities undisclosed in this particular filing.
