TASUKI Holdings has raised its profit forecast for the year to September 2026 far more than its sales forecast, and the company attributes the gap to higher project selling prices. In a notice dated 21 October 2026, the Tokyo Prime-listed company (code 166A) revised the consolidated outlook it first published on 11 November 2025.
The numbers
Sales are now forecast at ¥101.9bn, up from ¥100.45bn, a 1.4% increase. Operating profit is forecast at ¥13.65bn against ¥11.0bn previously, a rise of 24.1%. Ordinary profit goes to ¥11.65bn from ¥9.3bn, and profit attributable to owners of the parent to ¥7.55bn from ¥5.8bn, up 30.2%. Earnings per share are forecast at ¥122.40, compared with ¥94.03 before.
| Item | Previous | Revised | Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sales | 100,450 | 101,900 | +1.4% |

| Operating profit | 11,000 | 13,650 | +24.1% |
| Ordinary profit | 9,300 | 11,650 | +25.3% |
| Net profit attributable to owners of parent | 5,800 | 7,550 | +30.2% |
The company also lifted its EBITDA forecast to ¥14.15bn from ¥11.5bn, a 23.0% increase. For reference, the year to September 2025 delivered sales of ¥74.41bn, operating profit of ¥8.82bn and attributable profit of ¥4.93bn.
Higher selling prices
TASUKI Holdings attributes the upgrade to its Life Platform business. It says a favourable sales environment pushed the selling prices of projects sold this year well above what it assumed when drawing up the opening plan, which improved gross margin. It says operating, ordinary and net profit are now expected to exceed the start-of-year plan.
Timing qualification
The notice also says that, given the higher prices, the company has strategically moved the sale timing of some projects, originally scheduled for this fiscal year in the opening plan, into the following year. It describes the aim as maximising profit. The notice does not say which projects are affected or how much sales or profit moves into the next year.
The forecasts rest on information and assumptions the company considers reasonable, and the notice says actual results may differ for various reasons.
