pluszero, a Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth-listed developer of AI and DX solutions, said its "miraio" voice-answering AI is now running at four clients. The clients include a securities brokerage and a food-service company, alongside two unnamed companies listed on the TSE Prime market. A further seven organizations, including two Prime-listed firms, one Standard-listed firm, three unlisted companies and one government body, are described as "in preparation" rather than live.

The disclosure came alongside results for the nine months to July 31, in the fiscal year ending October 2026: sales of ¥1,361mn, up 17.0% from a year earlier; operating profit of ¥509mn, up 29.4%; and net income of ¥324mn, up 29.3%. Full-year guidance was left unchanged at sales of ¥2,010mn and operating profit of ¥743mn.
pluszero also said its "Brain Plus for Sales" AI roleplay tool, first deployed at an inside-sales outsourcing firm, lifted that customer's roleplay frequency 6.9 times and doubled order volume among newly placed staff. Cumulative gross margin reached 61.5%, above the company's own 60.3% full-year target, helped by monthly per-person billing that rose to ¥2.3mn after the company adopted AI-assisted coding internally. pluszero pays no dividend and has flagged none for the current year.
