Koki, listed on Fukuoka PRO Market, has issued a second correction to its annual standalone results for the year to March 2026, lowering the disclosed sales figure for Okinawa Cellular Telephone in its major-customer note to ¥5.63bn from ¥5.64bn. The June 25 notice says the error was found after the company had already published a corrected results release on June 3.

The change is identified in the attached materials on page 15, under "information by major customer". In the mobile communications business, the Okinawa Cellular line is restated at ¥5.63bn. The KDDI figure remains ¥1.37bn, and the segment label is unchanged.

The notice points to the published number in that customer note as the correction item. It does not change the customer names in the excerpted disclosure: Okinawa Cellular Telephone and KDDI remain the two customers listed in the note.

What the filing establishes, and no more, is that the June 3 corrected results package has now been amended again for the appendix’s major-customer section. The source excerpt does not specify further affected pages or statements beyond the page 15 note.
