Ibis Holdings Swaps Two PRO Market Listings for Nagoya Next and Fukuoka Q-Board

The disability-support operator will delist from TOKYO PRO Market and Fukuoka PRO Market on October 12, then list on Nagoya's Next market and Fukuoka's Q-Board a day later, funding the move with a share offering whose price is still undecided and starting its first dividend since founding.

Ibis Holdings, a Nagoya-based operator of disability-employment support workshops trading under ticker 9334, resolved on September 7, 2026 to issue 200,000 new shares and sell up to 30,000 more through an over-allotment, clearing the way for a move off both of its current listing venues. The company has traded on the Tokyo Stock Exchange's TOKYO PRO Market since October 2023 and on Fukuoka's Fukuoka PRO Market since December 2024; both listings will end on October 12, 2026, one day before shares begin trading on the Nagoya Stock Exchange's Next market and the Fukuoka Stock Exchange's Q-Board market.

The offer price and the payment amount are still undecided. Underwriters led by Phillip Securities Japan, alongside SBI Securities, Monex, Rakuten Securities, Matsui Securities and four other brokerages, are set to fix pricing on October 2 after gauging investor demand between September 25 and October 1. Subscriptions run October 5 to 8, payment is due October 9, and delivery coincides with the October 13 listing date. If the underwriters' purchase price ends up below the payment amount the board sets, the entire offering will be cancelled.

Estimated net proceeds of about ¥86.0mn will go entirely toward back-office automation: a phone system that auto-transcribes calls with outside agencies into case notes, a QR-code system tracking attendance, transport and meal service, and an AI tool to help draft individual support plans. The new shares would lift the share count from 1,798,000 to 1,998,000. Ibis Holdings also plans to pay its first-ever dividend starting the fiscal year to October 2026, after three straight years without one.
