Fruta Fruta adds a one-time acai perk for 100-share holders after two straight profitable years

Shareholders on the March 31 register with at least 100 shares can claim a ¥2,000 frozen acai set by September 30, a one-off reward the company says should have only a minor earnings impact.

Fruta Fruta is adding a special shareholder benefit on top of its existing perk programme, using a one-time product giveaway to mark two consecutive profitable years through March 2026. The company said the move is meant both as a thank-you to shareholders and as a way for investors to experience its main acai products more directly and deepen their understanding of the business.

The terms are simple. Shareholders recorded on March 31, 2026 with at least 100 shares are eligible for a flat ¥2,000 worth of company products. The planned item is a frozen “At-Home Acai Bowl 7days Set”, 700g in total across seven 100g packs.

To receive the benefit, shareholders must log in or register on Fruta Fruta’s shareholder shopping site, open the dedicated page for the shareholder offer and complete the checkout process there. The company says the online-store system is being used to collect delivery details and that no charge will be billed. Shipments will begin after the claim process is completed, from June 24 onward, and the deadline to finish the web procedure is September 30. After that, the claim can no longer be completed.

The read-through is fairly specific. Fruta Fruta is using an in-kind reward tied to its main product line to celebrate a recovery milestone, not announcing a cash payout change in this disclosure. It also said it will continue considering dividends and other forms of shareholder return. For investors, that makes this a commemorative add-on rather than a standing reset of capital-return policy. The company says the special benefit is a one-time measure and expects only a minor effect on earnings.
