Chubu Electric Receives Report on Its Flawed Hamaoka Seismic Assessment, Withholds Release
An outside panel has completed its investigation into how Chubu Electric wrongly assessed ground motion at Hamaoka Units 3 and 4, but the utility says only a redacted version will be published later and it still cannot quantify any hit to earnings.
