K891, a vehicle controlled by Hikari Tsushin, has filed a ¥1,000-per-share tender offer for Leopalace21 that would hand the bidder group 66.36% of voting rights at minimum, with Hikari Tsushin, MBK Partners and NEC Capital Solutions set to hold roughly a third each of the buyer's parent once fresh capital comes in after the offer closes.
