G-INC HD shifts year-end to May 31, with a 14-month bridge year ahead
G-INC HD will ask shareholders on June 29 to approve a shift in fiscal year-end from March 31 to May 31. If approved, the first year under the new timetable will run 14 months, from April 1, 2026 to May 31, 2027, and dividend and meeting record dates would move with it.
